Titan's Eve/Kill Matilda/My New Enemy/Freedom in Fear, June 25, 2009
Titan's Eve, Kill Matilda, My New Enemy and Freedom in Fear live at The Red Room, June 25, 2009.
I think there were two other bands that night but I got there kind of late.
Equipment:
Canon EOS A2E
Canon 50mm f/1.8
Tamron 28-75 f/2.8
Canon 135mm f/2.8
Olympus Stylus Epic
Film:
Ilford HP5+ at EI3200
Kodak Xtol, stock, 20 minutes
Shooting concerts on film takes a little more effort, but it's worth it when you pull the soggy film out of the developing tank and see all these tiny pictures on it.
Say what you want about Fuji Velvia, I still say Ilford HP5+ is the most amazing film out there.
I'd definitely recommend getting the Paterson 5-reel developing tank if you're thinking about shooting concerts on film too. It'll save you a ton of time if you shoot more than two rolls of film per show. Get the AP reels too because the Paterson ones suck.
