It was fun photographing the bout because there are about 20 different things happening in every photo. It was somewhat tricky to shoot because of the very strong backlighting from the art gallery steps in the background on the long shots and the beams of sunlight on the end of the track creating shadows and strong highlights. Manual exposure was the only way to go because the camera's light meter just couldn't comprehend the lighting conditions.
